MaestroLIVE beta testing - an update
Since we launched the beta test programme for MaestroLIVE in March we have been busy, busy, busy with testing, testing, testing.
Since we launched the beta test programme for MaestroLIVE in March we have been busy, busy, busy with testing, testing, testing. The platform is rock solid, and the module development plan is progressing at an accelerating rate. We are getting great feedback from our users, and we are rapidly moving toward a full launch of the 'Entry' level version, followed very quickly by 'Entry PLUS' and 'Professional'.
Some of the great feedback we have been getting has highlighted some usability issues with our Google Play channel and how you register the mobile client (Mango) to your server instance. It was an area of concern for us as it needs to be reliable, intuitive and easy, but potentially we need to support hundreds of instances (how on earth could we present to users a list of all the possible options?). In the end the solution was easy, and typically it was a user who pointed out the way to us (sometimes us 'techies' are guilty of only looking at technical solutions, instead of the obvious ones).
We have also been developing a series of on-line user guides to help our new clients, and we are busy building the foundation for what we hope will become a very popular user forum.
We are very excited by the imminent launch of the full MaestroLIVE service. Please bear with us a short while longer while we complete our beta testing and make sure we give you a really good experience when you come and join us.
